Prices are per room and per night, such as buffet breakfast, bed linen and towels, independent heating, hairdryer, wi-fi connection and internal parking.
The tourist tax, which amounts to € 5 per person per day. Children under 14 are exempt from this tax.
Except for special needs, the delivery of the rooms is scheduled from 15:00 to 19:00. Upon arrival, each guest must provide the holders with a valid identity document (including children) for registration, as required by current legislation. Once registered, the document will be returned immediately. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation.
The rooms must be returned by 10:00 on the day of departure, unless special agreements are made at the time of booking.
The breakfast buffet is prepared from 08:00 to 09:30.
We are equipped to handle every request. We kindly ask you to be notified in time, at the time of booking, so that we can organize ourselves in the best possible way.
Smoking is forbidden in the rooms and common areas. There are equipped smoking areas and special ashtrays outside the structure.
It is forbidden to light ornamental candles or any other type of open flame, as they would trigger the fire alarm.
You cannot hang linen, towels or other wet clothes on curtain rods, chairs, tables, wardrobes, beds or on the sofa, in order to avoid damaging them.
NB any damage to the structure, furniture or furnishings must be reported immediately so that they can be repaired as soon as possible. If the damage is caused by the guest, the restoration costs will be charged to him.
It is forbidden to prepare meals inside the rooms.
It is forbidden to bring any object of the farmhouse outside the structure, unless expressly authorized.
We do not recommend leaving valuables unattended inside the structure. The management declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
It is forbidden to throw diapers, paper or other objects inside the toilet. For them you can use the special baskets. In case of clogging of the toilet, the flushing costs will be charged to the customer.
It is forbidden, in any area of the company and at any time of day, to engage in behavior, activities or games or to use devices that disturb other guests.
You can make your stay more sustainable, using light and heating when needed, turning them off when you are absent from the room.
Children must always be accompanied to the company areas by an adult who will be responsible for them.
Unless expressly authorized, only duly registered people can enter the structure.
The rooms are equipped with bed linen, towels, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. For other needs, just contact us and we will do our best to satisfy the request.
Linen is changed once a week. Upon request, for a fee, it is also possible to change daily. The cleaning of the room takes place at the end of the stay, on request, for a fee, it is possible to have the bedroom and bathroom tidied up daily.
At the time of check-in, the keys to the room and the gate of the farmhouse will be given. In addition, the remote control of the television will be delivered. Any loss, deterioration or breakage of the same will be charged.
Keys and remote controls must be returned on the day of departure.
Of course, small pets are allowed, with the payment of a small surcharge of € 10. We kindly ask you to notify us in advance about their possible presence. It is forbidden to let animals get on carpets, sofas or beds.
The owner of the pet is responsible for it. Furthermore, animals should never be left unattended and always on a leash, unless otherwise agreed with the farm.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the entire amount of the stay will be required, to be paid by bank transfer or with the guarantee of a credit card, with relative expiry date and holder.
At the farm you can pay in cash, by debit or credit card. If you want to pay in advance, you can pay by bank transfer. Checks are NOT accepted.
For cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total stay will be charged (except in some periods when the full amount will be charged).
For cancellations from the 7th to the 4th day before the arrival date, the amount of the first night will be charged.
For late cancellation or “no-show” the amount of the entire stay will be charged.
